Coon Creek Community Watershed Council Inc.

Agenda and Minutes

Founded in 2021 and incorporated in 2022, the Coon Creek Community Watershed Council, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the use and encouragement of sound conservation and regenerative practices. The Coon Creek Community Watershed Council (CCCWC) meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held at member homes and farms during the warmer months and at various indoor meeting locations during the colder months.

Members of the Coon Creek Community Watershed Council gather for a social hour and light dinner, a business meeting, and a demonstration focusing on conservation information and practices people can employ to reduce soil erosion, improve water quality, and increase infiltration. These meetings focus on a range of topics and issues in relation to the organization’s mission, to continue the historic legacy of conservation leadership through improving and restoring soil, water, and air as stewards of the Coon Creek Watershed.
